I do have a strong opinion actually - things like racism and homophobia are completely unacceptable and certainly should be in a modern democracy. Whilst humour is important and the leotard thing is a bit too evocative... it is importnat that we distinguih ourselves from small minded bigots and religious crazies at every opportunity and if there is one thing that is bound to get either of the above groups riled is wet French kisses between big moustachioed muscle men in leotards - therefore we should do everything we can possibly do to support wet French kisses between big moustachioed muscle men in leotards.
I strongly belive that adults should be allowed to do anything they want as long as no other party is hurt or complelled to do something against there will. If you remember a few years ago a bunch of guys go prosecuted for nailing their cocks to pieces of wood. Whilst that is not something that I would want to get involved with - those guys were all grown men who knew what they were doing and wanted to do it, nobody was forced to do anything against thier will so it was morally wrong that those guys were prosecuted.
Just becuase that isn't how we get our kicks doesn't mean we should dictate to others how they should behave.

I do completely agree with you on that account, John. People should be entitled to do whatever they like with whoever they like as long as, as you said, no other party is hurt or compelled to do something against their will. They're living their lives as much as we are living ours.
However, from a humorous point of view, that was comically crossing the line in an email, hence me drawing the picture.
I've said it before somewhere else - I can't quite remember where (ah it was on my MySpace profile):
" I do, however, dislike any form of discrimination (homophobic/sexism/racism) to the point beyond humor. I'll listen to a gay joke, I'll laugh at a gay joke. I won't sit there and take your bullshit comments about how you think homosexuality is wrong."
