I don't read my horoscope any more. Having said that, perhaps I should? They're usually full of pretty good things!
Just one word of advice. Any decision you make now regarding what to do about your job is going to have a huge knock on effect (as you know). Try and stick it out Dan, and look for any job...even if it's not the perfect one. You might get a sudden burst of enhusiasm doing something different (even if it is dull) which is far better than rotting where you are. (And it's so much easier to find a new job when you already have one.) Being unemployed right now would be a big step back for you, I think, and far worse than dealing with what you are at the moment.
